Hannah Hill, MS

Hannah is a mental health practitioner with a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has five years of experience in the mental health field, providing therapy, case management and counseling to children and families. Hannah provides individual counseling to children and adolescents, and she has training with Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and structural therapies. Her professinal areas of interest include: trauma-related disorders; anxiety and depression; substance use; eating disorders; and premarital counseling.

     
 

Janice Jett, LICSW

Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work

Janice is a licensed independent clinical social worker with a Master's Degree in social work. She has more than seven years of experience in community mental health working with adults, adolescents and families, including the past three years at Zumbro Valley Health Center. Janice currently provides individual and group therapy with adolescents and families at the Alternative Learning Center. Her professional areas of interest include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; anger management; grief and loss; Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Queer and Questioning issues; and both person-centered and strength-based thinking.

     
 

Kaylee Nelson, LICSW

Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work

Kaylee is a licensed independent clinical social worker with a Master's Degree in social work. She has provided mental health services to children and adolescents for more than 11 years, including individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and autism. In her career, Kaylee has worked in schools, foster care settings, a children's advocacy center and hospitals. Her professional areas of interest include: developmental disabilities; family therapy; anxiety and depression management; play therapy; and autism.

     
 

Susan Pikula, MA

Susan is currently working toward her licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She has a Master's Degree in in mental health counseling, and more than a decade of experience in mental health and social service settings, including working with adults diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness as well as children and families. Susan provides individual, group and family-based psychotherapy services at the Rochester Alternative Learning Center. Her professional areas of interest include: trauma-focused care; depression and anxiety disorders; integrative health care; dialectical behavioral therapy; and dual diagnosis care.

     
 

Crystal Skenandore, MA

Crystal is currently working toward her licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She currently holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. Crystal has six years of experience in mental health and social service settings, including three years within schools. She provides individual, group and family-based psychotherapy services within the Pine Island school district. Crystal's areas of professional interest include trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, depression and anxiety disorders, integrative services, historical trauma and working with Native American populations.

     
 

Brittany Vega, LGSW

Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work

Brittany is a licensed graduate social worker with a Master's Degree in clinical social work. She has over eight years of experience working with pregnant mothers, children, adolescents and young adults, providing a variety of mental health-related services. Brittany uses family psycho-education, school advocacy and clinical consultation to support the short- and long-term therapeutic goals for Pine Island students. Her professional areas of interest include trauma-informed care; cognitive behavioral therapy; motivational interviewing; psychoanalytical theory; developmental models and frameworks; and person-centered care.
