Zumbro Valley Health Center's Ambulatory Services provide professional, confidential drug testing and medication-supported care for individuals, employers, courts, and licensed professionals. Walk-ins are welcome, but calling ahead is preferred so our team can have everything ready for your visit.

Drug Testing Services

Urine Test — Olmsted County
Same screening at a reduced rate for Olmsted County residents. County documentation required.

Standard Urine Test (UA)
used for per-employment drug screening, court orders, family requests, and self-referrals

HPSP (Health Professional Services Program)
drug screening for licensed professionals

Hair Follicle Test Detects
substance use over the past several months using a small hair sample (can test back up to 90 days)

DOT / Non-DOT Drug Test
Contract-based post-accident testing for employers, including urine screens (UAs) and breathalyzers

Antabuse (Disulfiram)
Medication for patients with alcohol use disorder committed to abstinence, prescribed and monitored in ambulatory care.

How the Process Works

2. Documents: Valid photo ID + required documentation (e.g., Olmsted County letter if applicable)

3. Results: Sent to referring party; staff provides timeline

4. Follow-Up: Additional services or referrals arranged as needed
