Welcome to Zumbro Valley Health Center. We’re so glad you’re here. We are a private non-profit organization located in southeastern Minnesota that offers mental health, therapy, primary care, substance use disorder, and community-based services to a dozen counties throughout the surrounding area.
We believe in providing integrated care for our clients to help address the psychological, physical, emotional, and social needs of each person. To us, integrated care means taking all aspects of our clients’ lives into consideration – not just their mental health or just their physical health. Our trained professionals use a person-centric, coordinated approach to care which includes a wide range of services to help enhance our clients’ overall health and wellness. A diverse team of professionals, such as nurses, physicians, psychologists, therapists, and others, all work together to support the needs of the client. Our goal is to give our clients the tools they need to live a healthy, rewarding life that supports their personal goals.
