Here at Zumbro Valley Health Center, we support people from all walks of life in various situations. We believe that everyone should have access to resources that cover their basic needs. Our Wood Lake, Greenview, and 7th Street locations have what we call a “Basic Needs Closet”. We explain what this closet consists of, who it’s available to, and how you can donate to it below.

What’s in the Basic Needs Closet.

The most common products that are provided are shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper, toothpaste, socks, sunscreen, etc. These basic need items are here to help those in need to maintain hygiene, hunger, and protection.

Who can use the Basic Needs Closet as a resource?

Are you struggling to afford or get access to basic living products such as food, water, hygiene products, or clothing? These items are available to ZVHC clients at the Wood Lake, Greenview, and 7th Street Zumbro Valley Health Center locations.
