This 4-week ARMHS group is designed to help individuals develop effective coping strategies to manage the unique challenges of the winter and holiday months. With a focus on building emotional resilience, this group explores ways to maintain mental well-being during colder, darker days and navigate the stressors of the holiday season. Participants will learn to foster emotional stability and improve their overall mental health through engaging activities, group discussions, and practical skill-building. This group offers a supportive environment for individuals to connect with others who face similar challenges and strengthen their ability to thrive through the winter season.
