About

My journey into mental health began after my time in the military, as I sought a deeper sense of purpose. I became a mental health professional driven by the belief that everyone has the potential to overcome adversity. I am passionate about supporting clients in navigating obstacles and building resilience. I enjoy collaborating with children, adults, and families to identify and address their challenges. As a clinical trainee psychotherapist, I prioritize a person-centered approach to foster strong therapeutic relationships. My experience includes working with children, family systems, and adoptions, and I have a particular interest in supporting veterans.

I love helping individuals overcome barriers and building resilience. An example of my approach to treating reactive attachment would be strengthening the family dynamics.
