About

My interest in mental health started after I got out of the military and was searching for a greater purpose. I became a mental health professional because I believe every person can overcome adversity. I am passionate about helping clients overcome obstacles and build resilience. I enjoy working with children, adults, and families to identify challenges. As a psychotherapist – clinical trainee, I use a person-centered approach to build a therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with children, family systems, and adoptions. I am also interested in working with veterans.

I love helping individuals overcome barriers and building resilience. An example of my approach to treating reactive attachment would be strengthening the family dynamics.
