Ms. Halloran provides oversight for the organization’s Integrated Clinic, Psychiatry, Behavioral Health Home and Care Coordination programs. Prior to this, she served as the Clinical Nurse Manager and held numerous direct service nursing roles within the agency. Before joining Zumbro Valley Health Center, Ms. Halloran worked at the state’s largest detoxification unit in Hennepin County and held roles in geriatric behavioral health and neurosurgical care. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Rasmussen University.
