Meet The Team

Ms. Barnes provides administrative oversight for the organization’s residential treatment and crisis stabilization programs. Prior to this, she served as the program manager for four years. In addition, Ms. Barnes held numerous direct service roles within the department prior to assuming a supervisory role in 2015. Before joining Zumbro Valley Health Center, Ms. Barnes worked in a variety of direct service positions with both adolescence and adults, including as an outreach worker as well as a behavior therapist. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
