About

I chose to become a mental health professional because connecting with people, trying to understand them, and having a desire to help always came naturally to me — it just made sense for me to pursue a career in this field! I love initially meeting with clients and the diagnosing process. I feel the purpose of my work when I can see how a client can be helped based on the history, current circumstances, and diagnosis.

I am comfortable working with individuals of all ages, particularly children and adolescents/teens, who suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, self-worth issues, the list could go on… My general approach is person-centered, but I come from a foundation of mindfulness, acceptance, CBT, and physical wellness.
