About
Bellah became a therapist because she is passionate about human connection. She aims to support students as they navigate academic, emotional, and personal challenges. Bellah has a wide range of experience supporting individuals across different stages of life and from diverse backgrounds. She has worked with both adults and adolescents in outpatient therapy and has also provided behavioral therapy to young children (ages 3–7) diagnosed with autism.
In her work, Bellah integrates principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), humanistic, holistic, and psychodynamic modalities. When working with younger children, she also incorporates Play Therapy techniques. Her approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and systemic lens—focusing on empowerment, problem-solving, and helping clients connect with their inner resilience. Bellah’s goal in therapy is to collaborate with clients and tailor treatments to meet each student’s unique needs.
She brings her authentic, friendly, and sometimes humorous self into sessions to foster a safe and supportive environment. Bellah strives to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and encouraged as they work toward their goals. She is passionate about helping students navigate life’s challenges and discover the best version of themselves.
In her free time, Bellah enjoys hiking, reading, thrifting, listening to true crime podcasts, and binge-watching a good show.
