Ben serves as Chief Financial Officer for Zumbro Valley Health Center. He provides strategic oversight of the organization’s financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, and long-term financial planning.
Prior to joining Zumbro Valley Health Center, Ben served in leadership roles within public accounting and private industry. Throughout his career, he has advised and worked with nonprofit, governmental, and for-profit organizations on financial reporting, auditing, internal controls, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives. His experience spans organizations ranging from community-based entities to those with revenues exceeding $300 million.
Ben holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is passionate about developing high-performing teams, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and ensuring sound financial stewardship in support of mission-driven healthcare services.
As a member of the executive leadership team, Ben works collaboratively across the organization to support Zumbro Valley Health Center’s mission of improving lives through accessible, high-quality behavioral health care.
