It takes a significant amount of courage for people to show up and engage in therapy, it is within that courage and resiliency in showing up that fuels my passion in being a mental health professional.
I find that I get to be creative and unique each and everyday with clients in finding individualistic ways towards healing. In the midst of this serious work, I seek to find hope, joy, and humor.
I strive to treat people as unique individuals who regardless of their struggles and circumstances deserve to be heard, accepted and find healing. I am honored to accompany and empower others in their unique healing journey. I use an integrative and holistic approach within mindfulness, person-centered care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused and play therapy methods.
