About
As a licensed social worker and school-linked mental health therapist, Cassie brings a strong foundation of experience working with youth, families, and interdisciplinary teams across school and community-based settings. Her background includes care coordination within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), where she has supported clients in navigating complex systems of care.
Cassie utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play-based interventions, and elements of mindfulness. She has completed trainings in trauma-responsive care, suicide prevention, and cultural humility, and she continuously seeks opportunities for professional development that align with ethical, inclusive practice. Her clinical interests include child and adolescent mental health, family systems work, trauma, and emotional regulation. Cassie is passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for youth to explore their identities, emotions, and strengths.
In session, Cassie brings a warm, authentic presence and prioritizes relationship-building as the foundation for therapeutic progress. She meets clients where they are, using creativity, humor, and curiosity to foster engagement and healing.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, attending music events, exploring new local spots, and recharging through creative outlets.
