About
Beth became a mental health professional because she is passionate about supporting youth through life’s challenges. She is drawn to the meaningful connections that therapy allows and feels honored to walk alongside children and adolescents as they build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.
Beth has worked in school, outpatient, and community-based settings, supporting students experiencing anxiety, depression, family transitions, and identity development. In her school-based work, she collaborates closely with educators and families to create supportive, consistent environments for growth.
Her approach is holistic, relational, and strengths-based. Beth draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, play and expressive interventions, and trauma-informed care—always tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each student. She is especially interested in helping youth manage anxiety, navigate transitions, and develop emotional regulation and self-esteem.
In sessions, Beth brings warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence. She strives to create a space where students feel seen, heard, and supported, while working collaboratively toward meaningful change.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time in nature, reading, cooking and baking, listening to music, and being with her pets and loved ones.
