About

I chose to become a mental health professional to help people live the life they want to live. I strive to support clients in making and sustaining the changes they feel are important to have the most fulfilling life. Therapy allows me to help people break free and heal from unhealthy patterns to have meaningful relationships. I love being able to provide clients with a variety of support and ideas. Being a mental health professional allows me to walk alongside people on their journey and witness their insights, which has always been an honor to be a part of.

My approach to offering treatment begins with the relationship between me and my clients. I use a trauma-informed approach, which involves using and teaching mindfulness techniques that can help people regulate themselves when distress arises from symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I combine this with narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, for best results.
