About
I believe mental health care is a crucial part of the human experience. We all need support and guidance throughout our lives. As a therapist, I come from an eclectic background and believe that a solid therapist-client relationship is key. I make it a priority to come from a strengths-based perspective. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as mindfulness, CBT, Person-centered, Solution-focused, and many more. I’m here to help clients discover what strategies are most helpful in their own mental health recovery as well as walk alongside them in their journey. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology at Carthage College and my MSW at University of Wisconsin Madison.
