About
Hannah has experience working in outpatient and community settings, where she has provided therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life changes, and trauma-related issues.
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, she incorporates trauma-informed practices, value-oriented goals, and solution-focused approaches. Her special clinical interests include working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, and high levels of stress, as well as those from marginalized communities.
Hannah brings her authentic, compassionate self into sessions and creates a supportive, empowering environment. She works collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals and addresses unhelpful mood, thought, and behavioral patterns to enact change. Hannah is committed to accompanying people on a journey of healing and discovery, where they learn to take (back) control of their lives.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, and traveling.
