I enjoy helping people and their families understand addiction, attain sobriety, and know they are not alone. I like to think I am open and accepting of each person, as well as empathetic to what has gotten each person where they are. My areas of clinical focus include TBI and cognitive impairments, as well as knowledge in traditional Native American community. I specialize in Single Maintenance and Reliever Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with adults experiencing cognitive impairments. Since graduating with degrees from Winona State University and Rochester Area Technical College, I have 8.5 years of practice in substance use and mental health concerns.
