About
I chose to become a mental health professional because asking for help is no easy task. Whether people are looking to help themselves, their relationships, their family, or their children, it can be scary to admit vulnerability. I strive to foster a safe and healing space for clients to tell their stories and work through life’s difficulties and challenges. I work from a collaborative and strengths-based approach assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own stories. I am passionate about working with people with developmental disabilities, and I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use, grief, and trauma.
