I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and DBT skills work. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Winona State University-Rochester and my Master of Social Work degree from Boise State University. Therapeutic approaches I utilize include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, mindfulness skills, supportive counseling, and contextual behavioral approaches.
