About

Mason (she/her) brings authenticity, creativity, and deep empathy to her work as a therapist. She has experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, including children, adults, and those navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Mason approaches therapy with a non-judgmental, person-centered lens, believing that healing begins with genuine connection and collaboration. She values the opportunity to sit alongside clients and co-create a path forward that reflects their unique goals, strengths, and hopes.

Drawing from a rich blend of therapeutic modalities—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—Mason tailors her approach to meet each person where they are. At the heart of her work is a deep belief in the inherent worth of every individual and a commitment to fostering self-compassion and empowerment.

Outside the therapy room, Mason finds joy in the outdoors—whether playing a round of disc golf, fishing, or tending to her garden. On quieter days, she enjoys curling up with her cats, exploring new music, diving into video games, or gathering with friends for tabletop and role-playing adventures.
