About

Megan has experience working in outpatient and community settings where she provided therapeutic services to adolescents, adults, families, and couples with trauma-related issues, relational concerns, anxiety, life adjustments, and mood disorders.

Megan is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy through an EMDRIA approved training. Therapy modalities she utilizes include trauma-informed practices, attachment, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral, systemic, and strengths-based approaches. Her special clinical interests include working with couples and individuals working through complex trauma.

Megan is passionate about providing a holistic approach to therapy and acknowledging the importance of the connection between our minds, bodies, and environments. She brings an authentic, empowering presence to sessions with clients while keeping the therapeutic journey person-centered.
