About

Nikki is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who recently completed her Master of Social Work. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorder, she brings both deep expertise and heartfelt empathy to her practice.

Throughout her 10+ years in the field, Nikki has worked across a variety of treatment settings—ranging from community-based recovery programs to outpatient clinics. She specializes in supporting people navigating co-occurring challenges and the ripple effects these issues often have on families and loved ones. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based interventions, including motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Nikki believes in meeting clients exactly where they are, honoring their individual strengths, and collaborating on personalized goals.

Now, with her MSW in hand, Nikki is stepping into a new phase of her career. She is committed to expanding her clinical skills and deepening her impact. Nikki has a special interest in working with people in marginalized communities, those impacted by the criminal justice system, individuals facing relationship issues, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and women’s issues.

Nikki brings her authentic, genuine, and curious self into sessions, striving to create a safe space for healing during your recovery journey. She has found a balance between validating client experiences and holding them accountable, encouraging them to step boldly toward their goals. With genuine care, she empowers individuals to discover their inner resilience, heal from past pain, and grow into their most authentic selves.

When Nikki isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family (especially her grandson), hiking, baking, riding her bicycle, camping, attending concerts, sitting on the front porch with her dogs, watching crime documentaries, and relaxing.
