Sarah Murl, MS

I chose to become a therapist to help others meet their wellness goals and create a life worth living. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential as it provides a safe, open and non-judgmental atmosphere for the working relationship. It is truly an honor to walk alongside someone and to be a part of their journey. My approach to therapy is to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients can address any mental health concern without judgement. Therapy looks different for everyone, and we will work together to create the right path and plan to reach your goals.

I enjoy getting to know each of my clients, seeing them as a person before anything. Also, being able to participate and provide encouragement during life’s challenges. Counseling offers the opportunity to reach out to someone and let them know they are not alone.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Masters in Clinician Mental Health Counseling at Viterbo University.
