I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have 16 years of experience working with adults with mental health challenges and substance use problems. I focus on the client’s strengths to help them find solutions.
I am skilled in conflict resolution, effective communication, and the use of exposure therapy for anxiety and phobias. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues that include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, Adjustment Disorder, family problems, and substance use.
