About
Steph is an empathetic and collaborative therapist who works with adolescents, teens, and adults. While relatively new to the field, they bring a strong foundation in strengths-based and person-centered approaches, believing deeply in each person’s capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. Their therapeutic style is warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. In sessions, Steph draws from a variety of modalities, including strengths-based therapy, person-centered therapy, and elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices. They tailor their approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, emphasizing collaboration and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship.
Clinically, Steph is particularly interested in working with issues related to anxiety, life transitions, identity development, and self-esteem. They are especially passionate about supporting young people and adults navigating challenges related to stress, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationships.
Outside of work, Steph enjoys going on adventures with their furry friend and cozying up with a good book. They believe that balance and play are essential parts of overall well-being—and they bring that perspective into their therapeutic work as well.
