As the Director of Information Technology at Zumbro Valley Health Center, Tracy aligns the organization’s technology strategy with agency goals of restoring hope, providing safety and security, and improving health and wellness. Since joining ZVHC in 2012, she has led the IT team in implementing reliable and secure technology solutions, developing IT policies and procedures, and creating onboarding and training programs that support staff and enhance organizational effectiveness. With more than 20 years of IT experience, Tracy oversees network administration, telecommunications, electronic medical records, and cybersecurity, ensuring technology supports staff in building belonging and meaningful relationships, normalizing mental illness, and expanding access to resources, tools, and skills. Through her leadership, the IT team provides a foundation of advocacy, education, and resilience that empowers staff to better support clients in finding purpose, meaning, and healthier lives.
