You will learn how to reduce alcohol and\/or drug use, techniques to enhance your overall functioning, and how to develop a support network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Treatment <\/strong>Components<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer individual and group counseling to help clients identify and address issues related to substance use along with creating strategies to avoid drug and\/or alcohol use following treatment. We&#8217;ll focus on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Impact of Drugs and Alcohol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-Solving and Social Skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Men\u2019s and Women\u2019s Life Issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relapse Prevention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crisis Planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Class Schedule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Class schedule varies by location.
