This ongoing group welcomes all ages and abilities to learn and practice mind-body exercises to build resilience. We explore movements from the Tai Chi and Yoga traditions in a safe and supportive group. This is an open group, join any time, and attend up to ten sessions. Yoga mats are provided and comfortable clothing is recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer treatment groups and individual counseling to help clients identify goals and address issues related to anxiety along with creating strategies to improve social skills. We’ll focus on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
