Zumbro Valley Health Center staff work collaboratively with clients, co-workers and community providers to develop a comprehensive treatment plan which addresses the distinct needs of each client, including treatment for psychological, medical, substance use and social issues. This integrated approach to care offers seamless access to a diverse group of providers, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and other health professionals, all focused on the client’s needs. Our goal is to equip clients with the tools necessary to create a healthy, rewarding life that supports their personal values.
