Are you seeking a supportive space for parents and caregivers where education meets connection?
Join us monthly to not only to learn evidence-based caregiving tools but also to share your experiences, grow together, and build a community rooted in empathy, encouragement, and understanding.
Whether you’re navigating the early years or the teenage trenches, you’re not alone — let’s grow stronger, together.
- This group is designed to support the parents and caregivers in our community by providing ongoing caregiver & youth mental health resources.
- Our goal is to provide a space to obtain these resources, as well as develop a sense of community with other parents & caregivers.
- The first half of each session will be a presentation by a Zumbro Valley staff member, the second half allowing for Q&A.
- Each Caregiver Connection is free to attend and open to everyone in the community caring for a child.
Topics include:
- Caregiver Identity
- Establishing Boundaries
- Caregiver Self-Care
- Supporting Youth with Peer Relationships and Bullying
- Effective Communication
- Parenting Neurodivergent Youth
- And Many More…
