About

Beth has experience working in outpatient and community settings, where she has provided therapeutic services to adults and couples. She works with trauma-related issues, relational concerns, grief and loss, identity, life adjustments and aging, anxiety, and mood disorders.

Beth is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-approved training and is certified in HeartMath biofeedback. The therapy modalities she uses include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches.

Beth’s clinical interests include working with older adults, grief, and trauma. She provides both in-office and telehealth appointments.
