Meet The Team

Marcie serves as the Director of Operations at Zumbro Valley Health Center and brings more than 35 years of experience in the mental health field. She has been with Zumbro Valley Health Center for over 30 years, during which time she has worked across a wide range of programs and departments, giving her a deep understanding of the organization’s mission, operations, and community impact. In her current role, Marcie oversees key operational areas including Intake, Support Services, Clinical Records, and Marketing. Her extensive institutional knowledge, combined with her hands-on operational leadership, supports efficient service delivery and strengthens access to care for clients across the organization. Marcie holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Cardinal Stritch University.
