I like to help people and I care about those who struggle with substance use. I try to promote acceptance and make treatment enjoyable. We all have a unique story. My clinical focus includes all persons who have experienced problems due to their substance use. I specialize in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction approaches to therapy. After earning my B.S. from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and Alchohol and Drug Counseling Certificate from Rochester Community and Technical College, I have worked with adults who have experienced long-term problems from substance use. I believe that all people, given the right circumstances, are capable of just about anything.
