About

The focus of this group is to learn skills that help regulate emotions, assist in coping with difficult situations, increase effectiveness in communicating with others, and maintain healthy relationships.

This will follow the Adolescent DBT curriculum and cover topic areas of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, walking the middle path, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Treatment Components

We offer individual and group counseling to help clients identify and address experiences that have affected their mental health. We’ll work on skills that focus on:

  • Walking the Middle Path
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness
