About
This ongoing group welcomes all ages and abilities to learn and practice mind-body exercises to build resilience. We explore movements from the Tai Chi and Yoga traditions in a safe and supportive group. This is an open group, join any time, and attend up to ten sessions. Yoga mats are provided and comfortable clothing is recommended.
Treatment Components
We offer treatment groups and individual counseling to help clients identify goals and address issues related to anxiety along with creating strategies to improve social skills. We’ll focus on:
- Build Mind-Body Connection
- Yoga & Tai Chi Tradition Exercises
- Breathing and Relaxation Skills
- Provided using a Trauma-Informed Lens
