About

This is a group that teaches mindfulness and art as coping skills, as well as developing relationships and a sense of belonging. The groups will be structured to have both quiet mindfulness time as well as processing and sharing of their art and mindfulness experiences.

Treatment Components

We offer counseling to help clients identify and address experiences that have affected their mental health. We’ll work on skills to:

  • Learn about what mindfulness is
  • How to use mindfulness and art as a coping skill
