About

This 2-week group will focus on increasing positive mental well-being for 11- to 14-year-olds. The goal of this group is to build different aspects of mental health such as self-esteem, distress tolerance, self-care, socializing, and building resilience. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in activities such as indoor rock climbing, pottery, hiking, gardening, and more.

Treatment Components

We offer individual and group counseling to help clients identify and address experiences that have affected their mental health. We’ll work on skills to:

  • Create Healthy Friendships through Socializing
  • Build Self-Esteem
  • Exploring Distress Tolerance
  • Building Resilience
