About
The Healing Circle is a psychotherapy group based on Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. The IFS model is a way of thinking about how our minds work. It says that our personalities are made up of different parts or voices that help us think, make decisions, and survive. It also teaches that we all have parts and that this is not a sign of mental illness or weakness. Sometimes, these different parts can argue with each other or not agree, and that can make us feel confused or upset. IFS therapy helps us learn to listen to all the different parts of ourselves and understand why they are there. It also helps us find the calm and wise part inside of us that can help us feel better and make helpful choices.
