Hannah Frost, MSW, LGSW

I have a laidback, patient, friendly personality, and I am a great listener. As a therapist, my focus is on developing a relationship with you that is based on empathy, warmth, and non-judgment, so that we can work together in meeting your goals. I use an eclectic approach that combines person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness. I chose to become a mental health professional because I loved working with kids in the school setting, but I wanted to focus on mental health instead of academics. School linked mental health is an ideal blend of the two! I received my Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and my Master’s degree in Multicultural Clinical Social Work from Augsburg University.
