About

Kelsey has experience working in outpatient and school-based settings, providing individual, family, and group therapy to youth and families with a variety of symptoms, including anxiety, trauma, emotion regulation difficulties, ADHD, and adjustment issues.

Kelsey is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-approved training and is in the process of obtaining certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play-based interventions into her practice.

Kelsey chose to become a mental health professional because she is passionate about working with youth, adolescents, and their families to provide early intervention, helping them reach their goals and grow into their full potential. She believes every client has unique perspectives and experiences that shape them as individuals. As a therapist, Kelsey hopes to empower clients and their support systems using a strengths-based perspective and a collaborative approach to meet their needs.
