Tricia Carlstrom, LPCC

I believe that mental health care is an integral part of living our best lives.  I operate from the perspective that everyone is doing the best they can with what they know.  I have an integrative approach to working with clients utilizing a person-centered, strengths-based model of care.  My areas of clinical focus include depression, anxiety, attachment, trauma, and grief and loss issues.  I will listen, accept, and support each client to the best of my ability.  I graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a BA in Sociology and graduated from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota with an MA in Counseling and Psychological Services.
