This group is open to all ages and abilities to learn and practice mind-body exercises that build resilience. You will explore movements from the Tai Chi and Yoga traditions in a safe and supportive group. This is an open group, so join any time and attend up to ten sessions.

This group will cover the basics of goal setting, nutrition, meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, exercise, sleep hygiene, relaxation techniques, and the health benefits from prioritizing social connection, spirituality, nature, and leisure. Join this group at any time and return if you need a motivation boost.

This English/Khmer ARMHS group has been meeting for nearly two decades and is open to members of the Khmer population – a Khmer interpreter is present at each session. You’ll rotate different skills curriculums covering topics such as E-IMR, DBT, leisure, health and wellness, mindfulness, and movement.

Housing 101

This group will be focused on a variety of topics designed to support clients in gaining the skills that they need to maintain housing. Some of the topics discussed will be Tenant Rights, Boundaries, Budgeting, Communication, Household Maintenance, and Nutrition.

This group will explore different leisure activities & hobbies (e.g. nature walking, arts and crafts, board games, etc.) as well as the benefits of engaging in leisure. It will teach skills on how to fit leisure into a daily routine. In each group session, participants will explore and experience different leisure activities.

The group setting fosters a supportive and understanding environment where participants can share their experiences and learn from one another.

This group is designed to enhance individuals' abilities to develop and maintain resilience in the face of mental health challenges. Resilience refers to one's capacity to bounce back from setbacks, adapt to change, and maintain mental well-being. This group focuses on building skills and strategies that empower participants to navigate life's stressors more effectively. Some of the topics included are acceptance, flexibility, gratitude, and emotional regulation.
